Best Bet For Thursday (June 6th): NBA Predictions

Dallas Mavericks vs Boston Celtics

Start Time – 8:40 pm EST

The hope was that the week off would allow Luka Doncic to heal his various leg injuries, but the Dallas star claims he’s still in bad shape heading into Game 1 tomorrow night in Boston. Yet, I’m still backing a hobbled Luka for my best bet for Thursday.

The play is Doncic over 31.5 points to kick off the NBA Finals. It might seem like a bold play, considering the man’s health and the fact that the Boston Celtics have an air-tight defense. But so did the Minnesota Timberwolves, and Doncic scored at least 32 points in four of the five games in that series. Let’s count on him doing the same tomorrow night in Beantown.
